The next meeting of the NVCA Strategic Communications Group is scheduled for October 16, 2008 at the Hotel Monaco in San Francisco. This day long meeting will comprise sessions relevant to those who are responsible for a firm's marketing, communications, branding and investor relations. The agenda for this event includes:
- Update on the Presidential Election and Washington Politics
- Strategic Planning for Conferences
- Budgeting Benchmarks
- Interview with Claire Miller of the New York Times
- The Most Effective Powerpoint Presentations
- Naming a Company or Firm
