NVCA Today

In January, NVCA launched its first online member forum designed for in-house venture capital firm general counsels to share information and documents.  In this forum, which is located on the members-only section of the NVCA website, general counsels can discuss legal issues relevant to running a venture capital firm and investing in emerging growth companies AND post documents to share with other in-house general counsels.  We encourage NVCA members to let their in-house general counsels know about this new resource.  All NVCA members can access this forum – there are several documents and templates that may be useful including firm retention policies, confidentiality agreements, etc.  We encourage members to use this forum and to post documents that you believe would be useful to other members.
